WORKFORCE
Our workforce is highly skilled and trained . The majority of the field support workers are immigrants who arrived in South Africa from the neighbouring countries . Much of the work is carried out by seasonal workers with many casuals employed during summer months , but laid off in winter . The company has a team of about 8 permanent employees & 10 casuals and they work as a team .The workforce is mainly rectruited within the industry .
All managers and supervisors are to be contacted by cell phone as they are always on the sites because the nature of the business requires constant monitoring of when the asphalt is loaded in trucks and leave the plant so as to get the asphalt at the site at the right temperature .
